Standard Service:
Please allow
5-6 days for
delivery. We will use either the Royal Mail's 'First Class'
service or our chosen Courier economy service depending on value
of order. Please note that a signature will be required for those orders
delivered by a courier.
Priority Service
(only available for orders
less than £70 in value):
Please allow
2-3 days between ordering and delivery.
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1 day of
receipt. The order will be posted via the free Royal Mail 'First Class'
shipping option.
For a
1-2 day service please also select 'Special
Delivery' as the shipping option in the Shopping Basket. Your order will
be sent via the Royal Mail's 24hr Special Delivery service at additional
cost. This will require a signature on delivery.
To select Priority Service
please click on the button below (a charge of £5 will be added in the
shopping basket).
Regrettably, STANDARD LABELS cannot be ordered using
either the priority or special delivery services.
Notes:
1)
The use of the word ‘days’ above
means working
days - i.e. not weekends and bank holidays.
2) Priority Service If we fail to post your order within
2 days of receipt then we will refund the whole of the Priority
Service charge. If however Royal Mail deliver the package late (after
we have posted the package within 2 days) then we will refund the Special Delivery element but then only if
Royal Mail have accepted liability. This is
the limit of our liability for priority service.
3) Special Delivery
In the case of late delivery 'Special Delivery' fees will only
be refunded if Royal Mail have accepted liability. This is the limit of our liability for
special delivery.
